Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team as an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Operational Finance.

You will lead budgets and forecasts for multiple departments, build robust financial models, and deliver insights to support strategic decision‑making. You will partner with operations and HQ to monitor KPIs, review month‑end results, challenge assumptions, and drive actions that improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in corporate FP&A, operational finance, or related field.
• Understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive forecasts, annual budget, and long-term plan processes.
• Create timely, accurate, standardized global reporting across brands.
• Serve as the business partner to operational departments for cost control and margin improvement.
• Oversee financial performance of key business segments and drive efficiency.
• Review month-end results, forecast/budget assumptions, and challenge outcomes using KPIs.
• Identify and leverage KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Continuously streamline and simplify current processes to improve efficiency.
