D&H Distributing is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key partners and customers, aligning with internal sales, marketing, and vendor teams to drive growth. The role emphasizes collaborative efforts across divisions to execute planned sales initiatives.

The incumbent will lead lead generation, develop quarterly sales plans, and advance opportunities with vendors and resellers to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
• 3+ yrs IT industry sales and/or marketing experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship management skills.
• Expert in $1M+ prospecting, business development, and sales closure.
• Advanced Microsoft Office / Adobe technology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth of assigned vendor or category.
• Maintain a lead generation pipeline to support the continuous flow of new sales opportunities.
• Create and execute a quarterly sales plan and update manager on milestones.
• Engage with vendor and reseller accounts to win projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales activities.
• Demonstrate urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
