Zusammenfassung

PLACE is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Connect, its home-services ecosystem. You will own the new-business pipeline, prospect organizations, and drive partnerships across mortgage lenders, real estate firms, and PropTech platforms.

You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signature, coordinate with Partner Success for seamless handoffs, and contribute to a growing revenue stream within Connect's remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hunter‑oriented B2B sales or business development success.
• Experience selling to mortgage lenders, real estate firms, PropTech platforms, or related services.
• Proven ability to create pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.

• Outbound demand generation and pipeline creation across priority segments.
• Manage full-cycle sales from discovery to signature and contracting.
• Develop and convert self-sourced opportunities into signed partnerships.
• Partner with Success teams for smooth handoffs and implementation.
• Coordinate with PLACE ecosystem teams to move deals forward.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and attribution in a CRM.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations as needed.
