The Place is revolutionizing real estate with Connect, its home-services platform helping homebuyers, renters, and homeowners coordinate essential services during a move. We are hiring an Enterprise Partnerships Manager to own onboarding and launch for new enterprise partners, build trusted relationships, and drive ongoing adoption of Connect.

You will coordinate with Product, Operations, Support, and Sales to resolve issues, expand accounts, and manage partner information in HubSpot, all within

Qualifications

• Strong background in enterprise account management.
• Real estate or home services experience.
• Proficiency in HubSpot.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-minded with ability to use reporting to make recommendations.
• Highly organized, managing multiple partners and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and launch for new enterprise partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact and build trusted partner relationships.
• Drive ongoing adoption, engagement, and retention of Connect.
• Run regular partner meetings and business reviews focused on performance and growth.
• Create partner-facing resources, presentations, and training with Marketing.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and expand accounts.
• Manage partner information and workflows in HubSpot.
