Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships across the Southeast. This individual contributor role focuses on opening doors, developing executive relationships, and building partnerships from scratch rather than managing existing accounts.

You will cultivate a robust pipeline by engaging health system executives, physician leaders, and referral management teams, guiding opportunities from initial outreach through launch while traveling up to 30%

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record closing enterprise partnerships with health systems.
• Strong network with health system executives and physician leaders.
• Experience building new partnerships from outreach to launch.
• Ability to navigate large health system organizations and align priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Remote-first with territory across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy to secure new health system partnerships.
• Own full lifecycle from prospecting to launch with accountability for growth.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate complex organizations and align Talkiatry's value with system priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch partnerships.
• Represent Talkiatry at conferences and professional networks to generate opportunities.
