Job summary
Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director (individual contributor) to lead new health system partnerships in the Southeast, building executive relationships and launching partnerships from scratch.
You will own the full lifecycle from prospecting to launch, navigate large health system structures, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and Leadership to deliver growth and improved access to behavioral health.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise health-system partnerships experience.
- Proven experience closing new business opportunities.
- Strong executive relationship-building and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, prioritize, and secure new health system partnerships.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch and growth.
- Build executive connections with physician leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Navigate complex health system structures to align Talkiatry's value propositions.
- Represent Talkiatry at industry events to expand market presence.
