Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships in the Southeast. This hunter role demands building executive relationships, developing referral-based opportunities, and launching partnerships from scratch.

You will operate across clinical, operational, and leadership teams to drive growth while living in one of the specified states. You will leverage a broad network of health system executives and physician leaders, navigate complex organizations,

Qualifications

• 7+ years developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems or similar
• Proven ability to source, develop, and close new business in a quota-carrying role
• Experience building executive relationships across health system leaders and clinicians

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch
• Build executive connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and C-suite stakeholders
• Navigate complex health system organizations and align Talkiatry's value with priorities
• Maintain knowledge of territory health system landscape to shape strategy
• Represent Talkiatry at industry conferences and networks to generate opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch partnerships and remove obstacles
