Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director (individual contributor) to lead new health system partnerships within the Southeast. This hunter role focuses on opening doors, developing executive relationships, and launching partnerships from the ground up.

You will own territory strategy, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and Executive teams to deliver growth, improve access to behavioral health, and establish Talkiatry as a trusted

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise health system partnerships experience.
Proven track record of sourcing and closing new business opportunities.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
Build executive relationships with physicians, operational leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
Navigate complex health system organizations to align Talkiatry's value with priorities.
Maintain knowledge of health system landscape to shape territory strategy.
Represent Talkiatry at conferences and industry events to generate opportunities.
