Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships across the Southeast. This individual contributor role will hunt and open doors, building executive relationships with health system and physician leaders to drive referral partnerships and growth.

Ideal candidates have a network of health system executives and a track record of independently driving opportunities from outreach to launch, within a remote-first, national-capable framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems or similar.
• Proven ability to source, develop, and close new opportunities in a quota-carrying role.
• Demonstrated executive relationship-building with health system leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders, health system executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
