Job summary

Talkiatry is recruiting a Strategic Partnership Director to lead new health system partnerships across the Southeast. This individual-contributor role is a hunter position, focused on opening doors, developing executive relationships, and scaling partnerships from inception to launch.

You will own the full lifecycle, leverage existing relationships, and build new connections with physician leaders, behavioral health executives, and referral teams to create durable partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise partnerships with health systems or IDNs.
• Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing new opportunities.
• Experience building executive relationships with health system leaders.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of health system operations and referral patterns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.
• Experience forecasting opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to launch.
• Build executive connections with physician leaders and health system executives.
• Navigate complex health system structures and align Talkiatry's value with priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of territory landscape to shape strategy and opportunities.
• Systematically plan territory, prioritize accounts, and manage the pipeline.
• Represent Talkiatry as a thought partner on industry trends and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Legal, Product, and leadership to launch partnerships.
