Job summary

Onbe is seeking a Sales Executive Senior Director to establish new channel partnerships in the financial services space. The role focuses on scalable distribution through partner models, including pricing, contracts, and performance KPIs.

Remote, with proximity to Boston metro preferred and occasional in-person meetings. The candidate will lead deal teams, navigate negotiations, and drive mutual growth with key stakeholders, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a consultative B2B2C sales role.
• Experience in payments and disbursements preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple C-level personas (finance, marketing, digital engagement).
• Excellent verbal and written presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop a target list of high fit/high potential new partnerships.
• Establish relationships with multiple partner stakeholders to uncover priorities and decision-making criteria.
• Lead deal teams and define win strategies for an organizational selling motion.
• Ensure pricing models and product options align with partner priorities.
• Lead pricing and contracting negotiations and design incentive structures.
• Document revenue goals, resources, roles, responsibilities and KPIs for partnerships.
• Coordinate field resources to secure long-term success and pilots.
