Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in the games industry, with revenue ownership at the Director level.
• Platform-agnostic experience across PC, console, and mobile.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and manage a personal lead-generation pipeline alongside growing existing relationships.
• Run the full deal cycle: discovery, scoping with production, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with the production team to align opportunities with Devoted's capabilities.
• Maintain client satisfaction and build relationships across operational, senior, and strategic levels.
• Support account retention strategies for large accounts and report on activity and closings.
