Job summary

Freehand is hiring an early-stage Partnerships specialist to own partner sourcing, deal collaboration, and collateral development. You will identify SI, PE, and ISV partners, drive joint GTM motions, and close enterprise deals while building the partner ecosystem from scratch.

The role is highly hands-on and requires comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment. You will create decks, demos, and pitch materials, and work directly with leadership to shape Freehand's partner

Qualifications

• Startup or scale-up partnerships experience.
• Strong ability to build and close partner relationships.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate partner pipeline with SI, PE, and ISV partners relevant to AP, procurement, supply chain, and finance ops.
• Collaborate with partners to source, co-sell, and close enterprise deals.
• Create partner collateral and enablement materials; own the production end-to-end.
• Run partner-facing demos and translate AI capabilities into value propositions.
