Job summary

WCG is seeking a Strategic Partnership Advisor to build and manage relationships with key clients, aligning organizational capabilities with client goals. You will partner with the Client Success Manager to drive strategic value, coordinate resources, and ensure services are delivered effectively across internal departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in sales support, strategic consulting, or partnership development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal communications, prepare reports, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support clients.
• Develop and refine account strategies with Client Success Managers and identify service enhancements.
• Provide industry trend and regulatory insights to guide client planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated client issues and track remediation actions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and participate in study kickoff calls and regular client meetings.
• Assist with training for clients on submission processes and portal usage.
