Enova is seeking a strategic Head of Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing in Chicago to lead a portfolio of 20+ partnerships and drive customer acquisition through co-marketing programs. You will oversee performance analysis, provide data-driven insights, and shape partner-driven growth across consumer brands.

The role requires senior marketing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing
• 3+ years of management experience
• 5 years managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing programs
• Analytical, data-driven storytelling

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships and launch marketing programs that drive customer acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze weekly partnership marketing performance to optimize results and scale.
• Manage 1–2 direct reports with clear goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to translate data into actionable insights for business outcomes.
• Provide reporting insights and data-driven recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Partner with Market Intelligence to analyze marketplace trends and consumer behavior.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and marketing tech to drive efficiency in programs and reporting.
• Lead business development and contract negotiations with partners to align with strategic goals.
