Job summary

Enova is seeking a strategic Head of Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing to lead partner-driven growth for CashNetUSA and NetCredit in Chicago. You will blend strategy and execution, turning partnership opportunities into scalable programs that drive high-quality leads and strengthen our consumer lending brands.

You will own a portfolio of 20+ partnerships, collaborate with BI and Analytics to translate data into actionable insights, and stay at the forefront of AI-enabled marketing to improve

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing and 3+ years in management.
• 5 years of experience managing external partner relationships and co-marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
• Comfort with AI tools to accelerate analysis and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships and launch marketing programs.
• Monitor weekly performance and optimize results.
• Manage 1-2 direct reports with coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with BI to translate data into insights.
• Provide reporting insights to marketing leadership.
• Analyze marketplace trends and consumer behavior with Market Intelligence.
• Lead negotiations for new and existing partnerships.
