Job summary

New Engen is seeking a driven Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day affiliate programs and client partnerships. You will guide optimization efforts, recruit new partners, and build growth roadmaps aligned with client goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, clear communication, and cross-team collaboration to deliver measurable results. Hybrid role based in Seattle or NYC with in-office days, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to mentor junior team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or client-services environment.
• Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and leading client conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and performance insights clearly.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset and translating performance results into actionable steps.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of affiliate and partner programs and act as primary client contact.
• Develop growth roadmaps and expand programs through new partnerships and strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and partners to boost performance.
• Monitor pacing and performance; recommend optimizations to scale high-value relationships.
• Own monthly reporting and translate data into insights for clients.
