Job summary

New Engen seeks a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day partner programs and client relationships. You will develop growth strategies, recruit new partners, and monitor performance to optimize results across campaigns and placements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, client communication, and collaboration with internal teams. Hybrid work with in-office days in Seattle or NYC is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or client services environment.
• Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and confidently leading client conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and performance insights clearly.
• A strategic, data-driven mindset and the ability to translate performance results into actionable next steps.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience creating client-facing presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead Affiliate Programs and Client Partnerships: manage day-to-day affiliate and partner marketing programs and serve as the main client contact.
• Develop Affiliate Growth Strategies: create strategic roadmaps and identify opportunities to expand programs.
• Recruit and Scale Partner Relationships: source, recruit, onboard affiliates and partners, test opportunities.
• Drive Performance and Optimization: monitor pacing, analyze results, recommend improvements.
• Lead Reporting and Performance Insights: own monthly reporting and translate data into insights.
• Ensure Program Execution and Compliance: oversee network setup and platform best practices.
• Support Team Development and Collaboration: mentor junior team members and foster cross-team collaboration.
