Job summary

IREN seeks a Marketing Manager, Partnerships to lead co-marketing programs with top technology partners and shape joint go-to-market campaigns. You will coordinate budgets, events, and content across Marketing, Sales, and Product, driving measurable outcomes.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and experience with partner networks to optimize ROI and accelerate growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise B2B environments.
• Experience managing vendor co-marketing, MDF or channel marketing programs, ideally with NVIDIA, AMD, Dell or comparable technology alliances.
• Comfortable managing partner-funded budgets and reporting against an agreed spend authority.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, across Marketing, Sales and Product.
• Experience with partner certification and portal requirements, NVIDIA Cloud Partner Network experience highly regarded.
• Proven ability to coordinate co-branded content and technical enablement materials with external partner teams.
• A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking MDF utilisation, pipeline influence and event ROI.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market programs with each technology partner (NVIDIA, AMD, Dell).
• Maintain a partner marketing calendar aligned with each partner's campaign cycles and IREN's priorities.
• Manage Market Development Fund (MDF) proposals, approvals and utilisation within a defined spend authority.
• Maintain partner certification, training and portal requirements, including NVIDIA Cloud Partner Network.
• Coordinate co-branded content and enablement materials with partner teams, with Brand sign-off on outbound materials.
• Represent IREN at partner-hosted industry events within scope set by Events team.
• Run business reviews with each partner's marketing organisation to track objectives and spend.
• Build relationships across partner regional/global marketing teams.
• Track MDF utilisation, pipeline influence and partner event ROI; report quarterly on objectives and spend.
