Job summary

Harper is seeking a high-energy partnerships sales professional to turn partner introductions into closed commercial insurance business. You own the end-to-end process from intake to close while keeping partners informed and maintaining customer trust.

You will manage multiple relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable conversions. Must have strong phone skills and the ability to obtain/maintain commercial insurance licenses within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Closed referral, channel, or partnership sales experience.
• Ability to manage two relationships simultaneously.
• Clear communication with business owners and partners.
• Comfort with high-volume phone work and measurable conversions.
• Licensed commercial insurance producer within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referred customers quickly and ensure a seamless handoff.
• Own the commercial process from intake through quote, recommendation, objection handling, and close.
• Keep partners informed with status, timing, blockers, and next steps.
• Coordinate with intake, placement, markets, service, and the partnership owner.
• Provide evidence on conversion, quality, and service to the portfolio team.
