Job summary

Harper, an AI-native commercial insurance company, seeks an Account Executive to bridge post-sale gaps by reading policies, COIs, and contract insurance requirements, identifying gaps, and leading conversations to close the right coverage. You will read and compare documents, name the gap, and build a coverage plan with experts to close it.

Based on-site in New York, Atlanta, or San Francisco (relocation possible), you will own the customer conversation, drive mid-term expansions, and help

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance brokerage or account management.
• Ability to read policies, COIs, and contract insurance requirements.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Read source documents (policy, COI, contract) and identify gaps.
• Build a coverage plan with placement and experts to close the gap.
• Lead customer conversations, explain options, pricing, and deadlines.
• Close the change and secure required completion items.
• Record outcomes and ensure accuracy within licensing rules.
