You will own the commercial path from introduction through decision, keeping the partner informed while protecting customer trust.

You will develop a repeatable play, align with internal teams, and operate in a high-volume environment with licensing requirements. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience closing referral/partnership opportunities.
• Ability to manage two client relationships simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communication with business owners and partners.
• Comfort with high-volume phone work and measurable conversion targets.
• Licensed commercial insurance producer within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referred opportunities and move them through intake, quote, and close.
• Maintain updates to partners with clear outcomes, timing, blockers, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on partner promises.
• Build repeatable plays by analyzing partner segments and handoffs.
• Protect customer consent and trust throughout the sales process.
