You will lead discussions with clients, explain options, prices, and deadlines, and ensure accurate close and documentation. Based in New York or San Francisco with on-site work, the role emphasizes brokerage-heavy collaboration and maintaining trust

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance brokerage or account management.
• Ability to read policies, certificates, and contract insurance requirements.
• Licensed insurance producer or eligible within required jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Read source documents and identify coverage gaps line by line.
• Name the exact gap the requirement asks for beyond current coverage.
• Build a credible coverage plan in collaboration with placement and experts.
• Lead the customer conversation, explain requirements, options, and deadlines.
• Close the change and collect completion items, maintaining ownership through bind.
• Record outcomes and preserve reporting of buy/wait/leave.
