Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner ROI and value across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will own partner relationships, drive renewals and expansions, and collaborate with product, sales, and services teams to optimize ConnectWise solutions.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep SaaS industry knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, including travel to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in partner success or SaaS.
• MBA preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes partner success strategies to maximize ROI with ConnectWise.
• Maintains strong partner relationships and drives renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product, services, and processes with partner needs.
• Leads operational planning and creates scalable playbooks for partner interactions.
• Represents ConnectWise at events and travels to partner locations as needed.
