Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with ISVs and strategic partners. You will help partners build, embed, deploy, validate, and go to market with MongoDB-based solutions that create repeatable customer value and accelerate adoption.

This role blends enterprise architecture, partner engineering, pre‑sales, solution assurance, and GTM enablement. We are looking to speak with candidates based in Mexico City for our hybrid working model, with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, software engineering, solutions architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, partner engineering, enterprise architecture, or customer-facing technical leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working with ISVs, SaaS companies, OEMs, technology partners, or strategic ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for ISV and technology-partner engagements.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews with partners.
• Guide partners through validation and solution assurance processes.
• Design reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and onboarding workflows.
• Support co-sell motions with ISV Sales, Partner Sales, and field teams.
• Create partner-facing, field-ready enablement and messaging.
• Deliver workshops, briefings, and customer-facing presentations.
