Job summary

Picogrid is seeking a Partner Operations leader in El Segundo, CA to cultivate and extend our partner ecosystem. You will own the partner lifecycle from onboarding to activation and ongoing engagement, coordinating across Engineering, Deployments, Legal, and Marketing to ensure a reliable partner experience.

You will design scalable processes, build a robust system of record, and create repeatable engagement programs while measuring health and value across the network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in partner operations or related roles.
• Experience building or improving multi-stage operating processes with external relationships and internal functions.
• Strong program-management skills: owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up.
• Experience maintaining reliable relationship or program data in a CRM or PM tool.
• Sufficient technical literacy to coordinate onboarding and translate concepts between business, engineering, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and partners.
• Willingness to travel periodically for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the partner system of record with stages, owners, contacts, and status.
• Design a lifecycle spanning intake, onboarding, activation, engagement, health reviews, and offboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding across Engineering, Deployments, Capture, Legal, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to speed up technical onboarding and resolve gaps.
• Create repeatable engagement programs and ecosystem updates.
• Maintain notes and ownership to preserve partner context through changes.
• Support demonstrations and field deployments to improve onboarding and engagement.
• Coordinate co-marketing and external storytelling with approvals and evidence.
• Develop partner-health metrics and use insights to improve the ecosystem.
