Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to own the day-to-day GTM for the VMware by Broadcom partnership in the US. You will translate joint strategy into field execution, expand relationships across Broadcom, and align sales, technical, marketing, delivery, and operations teams around shared priorities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in partner management or GTM leadership.
• Experience with VMware/Broadcom or enterprise tech preferred.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly GTM strategy for the VMware by Broadcom partnership.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Broadcom sales leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Identify whitespace and launch plans across the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.
• Drive international growth with focus on Europe and multi-country expansion.
• Support strategic deals and coordinate cross-functional resources to closure.
• Deliver concise quarterly updates to ELT and Broadcom stakeholders.
