Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and market execution for VMware vSphere-based enterprise virtualization and AI Factory platform. You will bridge enterprise customers, engineering, sales, and leadership to define requirements for modern on-prem data centers.

You will collaborate across teams in Agile sprints, drive GTM materials, and help scale hybrid cloud with Tanzu, Kubernetes, and cloud foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; 12+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of software product management focused on enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, HCI, or cloud platforms for AI workloads.
• Deep understanding of the VMware ecosystem, specifically vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), vSAN, and core data center architectures.
• Cloud-native infrastructure knowledge: Kubernetes and hybrid cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Agile Scrum experience and managing complex backlogs with iterative deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for vSphere capabilities and align with enterprise needs.
• Translate customer pain points into PRDs, user stories, and feature prioritization; collaborate in Agile teams.
• Manage features through ideation, alpha/beta, GA, and migration paths.
• Define modernization strategies to integrate vSphere with Tanzu, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Collaborate with GTM and sales enablement for positioning, pricing, and collateral.
• Represent customers at events and CABs, gathering deep technical feedback.
