Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks a strategic and technical Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and market execution of our VMware vSphere-based enterprise virtualization, cloud infrastructure and AI Factory platform. You’ll bridge global enterprise customers, engineering, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities include defining PRDs, executing for GA, modernizing with Kubernetes, and GTM collaborations. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in enterprise software product management, deep VMware

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE and 12+ years in software product management for enterprise infrastructure.
• Deep VMware ecosystem knowledge (vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, vCenter) and data center architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native infra, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year product strategy for vSphere capabilities aligned with enterprise needs.
• Translate customer pain points into PRDs, user stories, and feature prioritization within an Agile team.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to GA and migration planning.
• Define virtualization modernization strategies integrating with Kubernetes and Tanzu.
• Collaborate on GTM, pricing, and sales collateral with Product Marketing.
• Represent Broadcom at industry events and with Fortune 500 IT leaders.
