Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and market execution for a VMware vSphere-based enterprise virtualization and AI platform.

You will bridge enterprise customers, engineering, sales and executives to define PRDs and drive modernization of on-prem data centers while scaling to hybrid cloud. Responsibilities include shaping multi-year strategy, partnering with GTM, and guiding lifecycle from ideation to GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent with 12+ years in software/product management.
• Enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud platform focus with AI workloads.
• Deep VMware ecosystem knowledge: vSphere ESXi, vCenter, vSAN.
• Cloud-native literacy: Kubernetes, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience with complex backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year product strategy for vSphere capabilities.
• Translate customer pain points into PRDs, user stories and prioritization.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation to GA and migration paths.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and architects in an Agile framework.
• Lead GTM and sales enablement with Product Marketing materials.
