Job summary

Broadcom seeks a strategic and technical Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for our VMware vSphere-based enterprise virtualization and cloud infrastructure platform. You will bridge Fortune 500 customers, engineering, sales and leadership to define requirements that modernize on-prem data centers and scale toward hybrid cloud.

You will own multi-year strategy and collaborate with GTM to shape pricing and collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in software product management, enterprise infra, virtualization, or cloud platforms.
• Deep VMware ecosystem knowledge: vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN.
• Cloud-native infra, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud familiarity.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for vSphere capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into PRDs, user stories, and prioritization.
• Manage features through ideation, beta, GA, and migration paths.
• Align virtualization modernization with cloud-native tech and Tanzu integration.
• Partner with GTM for pricing, collateral, and technical content.
• Represent technical voice at industry events and CABs.
