Job summary

Broadcom seeks a Technology Product Manager to own the VMware vSphere platform roadmap from concept to GA, partnering with engineers, UX, and architects in an Agile framework. You will drive strategy for AI workloads, automation, and Cloud Foundation integrations, balancing customer needs with long-term platform health.

The role demands deep VMware expertise, strong communication across executive stakeholders, and a passion for modernizing on-prem data centers toward hybrid cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent; 12+ years of related industry experience; MBA desirable.
• 5+ years of software Product Management focused on enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, HCI, or cloud AI workloads.
• Deep VMware ecosystem knowledge: vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), vSAN, data center architectures.
• Cloud-native infra literacy: Kubernetes, platform engineering, hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience running Scrum and managing complex backlogs in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for vSphere capabilities.
• Translate customer pain points into PRDs, user stories, and prioritization.
• Lifecycle management from ideation to GA and retirement/migration paths.
• Define modernization with Kubernetes integration and cloud-native alignment.
• Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and sales to enable market execution.
