AHEAD is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to own the day-to-day GTM for the VMware by Broadcom partnership. This US-based role aims to grow partnership revenue toward $1B+ by aligning sales, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams around shared priorities.

The role emphasizes leading executive communications, driving new lines of business, and expanding international coverage, especially Europe, with a strong focus on multi-country execution.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in partner management, strategic alliances, channel sales, business development, or enterprise GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly GTM strategy for VMware by Broadcom partnership with measurable actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Broadcom sales and partner leadership; align joint plans and commitments.
• Identify whitespace and opportunities across VMware by Broadcom; develop business cases and cross-functional execution models.
• Lead international growth, focusing on Europe with local execution and multi-country expansion.
• Support strategic deals, shape account strategy, coordinate with Broadcom and AHEAD resources to drive closure.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, delivery, operations, and finance.
