Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks a strategic Senior Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern the Expert Advantage professional services channel program.

You will lead partner enablement, lifecycle management, and global delivery with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation components and multi-cloud security. The role requires deep channel program experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence across matrixed teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise software/cloud/technology experience with channel program/PS focus.
• Strong data literacy and ability to build executive dashboards/reports.
• Deep VMware knowledge, VMware Cloud Foundation architecture and components (vSAN, Tanzu, NSX).
• Experience structuring partner certification requirements and entitlement models; cross-geography program management.
• Global experience across AMER, EMEA, APJ.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and program leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Expert Advantage Program globally; design partner benefits and value propositions.
• Drive partner adoption and delivery readiness for VMware solutions (VCF, storage, Kubernetes, security).
• Architect and author enablement assets and core program messaging.
• Translate complex roadmaps and technical solutions into clear business narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, services, and partner ecosystems.
