Automattic is seeking a Partner Manager in the A4A program to strategically drive growth by developing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of digital agencies within Automattic's partner ecosystem.

You will partner with agency stakeholders and internal teams to support lead generation and joint revenue goals, while enabling agencies through value-driven initiatives, including GTM strategy, training, events, and co-branding to maximize client outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience managing partner relationships with agencies or partners.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to create and execute GTM strategies with partners.

Mansioni

• Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels with Digital Agencies, identifying new opportunities for revenue generation.
• Identify, source, and develop growth strategies to increase agency partners' book of business.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Take ownership of all aspects surrounding agency account management, including GTM launches, escalations, and business reviews.
