Automattic is seeking a Partner Manager for Agencies to remotely drive growth through the A4A program. You will cultivate relationships with digital agencies, enable go-to-market strategies, and lead joint revenue initiatives across agency books of business.

The role requires building trusted advisor status with agency partners, coordinating GTM efforts, training, and events, and ensuring high partner satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Channel Sales or Partner Management roles.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Experience structuring a partnership business and ROI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels with Digital Agencies.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard partners aligned with A4A growth strategy.
• Build champions within agencies and understand their business strategy and GTM focus.
• Provide training and support to partners to enhance product understanding and value propositions.
• Collaborate on marketing and sales enablement programs for partners.
