Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Partner Manager to drive strategy and growth across a portfolio of large accounting firm partners for Gusto Pro. You will expand revenue and usage, identify opportunities, and build deep relationships with partner organizations, from staff accountants to managing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner or channel sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and negotiating six-figure contracts.
• Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape and technology needs.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Take a portfolio-based approach to partner accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop territory/account plans and lead QBRs with large partners.
• Balance new partner acquisition with development of active partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partners and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate outreach and enablement to grow cross-sell/up-sell product adoption.
• Lead weekly status calls and upsell discussions with partners.
