HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships, drive growth with data-driven insights, and align partner capabilities with HP objectives. You will lead partner engagement, represent HP at events, and push the Amplify program and GBU initiatives to expand the partner-led sales funnel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP end-user sales to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue through partner-led selling.
• Represent HP at partner events, educating and enabling partner sellers on HP’s Future of Work strategy.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated with market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth and transformation strategies and create joint business plans.
• Enable partners' understanding of actions to grow their business in alignment with HP.
• Lead orchestration of HP’s ecosystem and engage in co-selling with partners.
• Promote HP offerings and leverage the HP portfolio.
• Drive Amplify program and GBU initiatives.
• Engage with country PBMs to communicate goals and aggregate Joint Business Plans.
• Travel consistently to meet partners.
