HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships and drive growth through the Amplify program and GBU initiatives. You will align partner capabilities with HP strategy and promote HP offerings across the partner ecosystem.

The role requires engaging partner teams, representing HP at events, and developing joint business plans to accelerate revenue and expand the customer funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue growth.
• Represent HP at partner events, educating and enabling partner sellers on HP solutions.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated with market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans to promote sales.
• Enable partners to grow their business in alignment with HP.
• Lead orchestration of HP’s ecosystem and drive partner co-selling while achieving quotas.
