Job summary

HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships and drive growth through the Amplify program and HP initiatives. You will coordinate with partner teams, engage in partner-led events, and turn market insights into actionable opportunities.

Join HP to lead strategic collaborations, promote HP offerings, and drive shareholder value with a data-driven approach. This role includes travel and a strong emphasis on orchestration of the HP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record of strategic relationships and growth.
• Experience in inventory, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong market insight and ability to turn data into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand the customer funnel.
• Represent HP at partner events, educating and enabling partner sellers on HP strategies.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated on market trends and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Create joint business plans to promote sales growth with partners.
• Lead partner co-selling and ensure quota achievement through relationships.
