Job summary

Salesforce's AMER Apps, Agents and Integrations organization seeks an experienced Partner Account Manager for its Sales or Service aligned partner portfolio.

As PAM, you'll manage named partners across build, market, go-to-market, support and operate motions to drive revenue, platform adoption and marketplace launches. You will engage with partner leaders, forecast key metrics and negotiate revenue share agreements while championing AI-first initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership or SaaS sales.
• Proven quota attainment and partner growth.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships across build, market, GTM, and support.
• Drive revenue, platform adoption and marketplace targets.
