Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager (PAM) for its AMER Apps, Agents and Integrations portfolio. You will lead partner relationships, drive adoption of Agentforce and AI-powered tools, and shape go-to-market strategies that deliver revenue and platform growth.

The role requires 5–10+ years in ISV/tech partnerships or SaaS sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and comfort with AI-enabled collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership and/or SaaS sales.
• Track record of quota achievement and partner growth across ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent partners to Salesforce stakeholders and evangelize the platform.
• Own portfolio strategy to drive partner adoption of next-gen platform.
• Forecast business and lead negotiations of complex revenue share deals.
• Drive GTM initiatives with partners to build pipeline and revenue.
