HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships and drive growth under HP’s Amplify program in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships, market insight, and execution of joint business plans with HP partners.

The PBM will coordinate cross-team engagement, promote HP offerings, and lead partner-led selling motions while traveling to meet partners and advance HP’s portfolio objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue.
• Represent HP at partner-led events and enable partner sellers.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Identify market trends and turn insights into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with partner and HP sales teams to generate joint business plans.
• Drive HP’s ecosystem and co-selling with partners to achieve quotas.
