Job summary

HP is hiring a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage relationships with Tier-2 resellers across Massachusetts and beyond. You will drive growth through HP Amplify initiatives and data-driven strategies, aligning partner capabilities with HP objectives.

You will coordinate with partner teams and HP sales to expand the funnel, educate partner sellers on HP's Future of Work strategy, and foster co-selling relationships to achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in channel distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue.
• Represent HP at partner events, educate and enable partner sellers on HP's Future of Work.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated on market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans.
• Lead HP ecosystem as point-guard, drive co-selling, ensure quota attainment.
• Promote HP offerings and Amplify program initiatives.
• Engage with country PBMs to communicate goals and aggregate Joint Business Plans.
• Travel consistently to meet partners.
