Human Interest is hiring a Partner Account Manager to engage and develop key SMB partner accounts across the United States. You will build referral networks with tech partners, brokers, and advisors, while collaborating with internal teams to drive go-to-market plans and demand generation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners in SMB space
• Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment
• Independent, self-motivated relationship builder
• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles
• Willingness to travel 3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors
• Create and build strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functional with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing for initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars)
• Establish business goals and metrics with partners to guide GTM strategies and demand generation
