Job summary

HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite in Texas to manage relationships with Tier-2 resellers, drive growth through Amplify and GBU initiatives, and align partner capabilities with HP objectives.

You will coordinate cross-team engagement, represent HP at partner events, and help partners grow through data-driven insights, joint business plans, and strategic selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner-to-HP engagement to expand the customer funnel and drive revenue growth.
• Represent HP at partner events and enable partner sellers to articulate HP’s strategy.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated on market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans.
