HP is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to lead strategy with Tier-2 resellers across Texas and the US, driving growth through the Amplify program and HP initiatives.

You will manage relationships, translate market insights into opportunities, and coordinate cross-team efforts to expand the partner-led funnel while achieving quota. This role requires travel and deep portfolio knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong partner management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience translating market insights into business opportunities.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement between partner teams and HP sales to expand funnel and accelerate pipeline.
• Represent HP at partner events, enabling partner sellers to articulate HP strategies.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Monitor market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Create joint business plans with partners to promote growth.
• Educate partners on actions to grow their business with HP.
• Orchestrate HP's ecosystem, drive co-selling, and ensure quota attainment.
• Promote HP offerings and leverage portfolio knowledge.
• Drive Amplify program and GBU initiatives.
• Engage with country PBMs to share goals and build Joint Business Plans.
• Travel to meet partners regularly.
