Job summary

HP in Texas is seeking a Partner Business Manager (PBM) Power Elite to manage Tier-2 reseller relationships and drive growth through Amplify and GBU initiatives. You will align market trends with partner capabilities, lead co-selling efforts, and craft joint business plans to promote sales growth.

You will travel to meet partners and promote HP offerings, leveraging deep portfolio knowledge and data-driven insights to ensure quota achievement and strategic alignment with HP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Minimum 5 years in channel distribution management or similar.
• Proven track record managing strategic relationships and growth.
• Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer engagement between partner teams and HP sales orgs to expand funnel and drive revenue.
• Represent HP at partner events, enabling partner sellers and communicating Future of Work strategy.
• Manage relationships with Commercial Tier-2 resellers.
• Stay updated on market insights and align HP objectives with partner capabilities.
• Consult partners on growth strategies and create joint business plans for sales growth.
• Enable partners to grow their business in strategic alignment with HP.
• Lead ecosystem orchestration to drive co-selling and quota achievement.
