Job summary

Check, a fintech SaaS company building embedded payroll, is seeking a Partner/Account Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–10 strategic partners and act as their General Manager.

You will own the post-sales partner lifecycle, including launches, milestone setting, and renewals, and develop joint success metrics with cross-functional teams to drive Check's growth. This role offers flexibility across remote, hybrid, or on-site work in NYC or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, or partner/account management.
• Ability to build deep relationships and navigate complex enterprise partner orgs.
• Tenacious, goal-oriented and capable of working with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5–10 high-priority partners, acting as their General Manager.
• Own the post-sales partner lifecycle including launch, milestone setting, and renewals.
• Develop joint success metrics and strategic execution plans that align partner and Check growth goals.
