Job summary

Checkr is seeking a senior leader to own and scale partner marketing across our B2B SaaS ecosystem in San Francisco. You will define strategy, lead a team of partner marketers, and drive joint programs with strategic partners to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
Proven people management experience leading a marketing team.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute demand generation initiatives.
Experience with GTM planning and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Own the partner marketing strategy and prioritization.
Lead and develop a team of partner marketers.
Improve campaign performance across channels (email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social).
Own team targets and optimize program performance.
Pilot AI initiatives within partner programs and drive adoption.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align GTM strategies.
Translate program results into actionable leadership narratives.
